About Lotus Heart

At Lotus Heart, we believe everybody deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. Our nonprofit was founded on the understanding that mental health challenges don’t always look the same, and too often, they’re met with silence. We exist to create a safe space where individuals can find community, connection, and change. Our name, Lotus Heart, reflects resilience and growth: just as the lotus rises from murky waters to bloom, we believe in the strength of every individual to rise above challenges when given compassion and support.
